Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (contact@eleganzeal.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email). After receiving your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.


Return Conditions

The items must be unworn, unused, with the tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. We also require the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are generally to be covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once their seal has been removed (e.g., cosmetic products)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards and discounted items (sale products)

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have already received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
